35 days. 100 seeds. Widely known as Mustard Spinach, the Komatsuna Mustard Greens are a vigorous growing hybrid whose leaves are oblong and dark green that spread from a light green stem. Its taste is described to be a mixture of mustard and cabbage with a hint of spinach, hence the name. The leaves can be used at all stages of maturity: from being used immaturely in salads to mature leaves in soups and stir-fries. Open pollinated seeds.
